Mark Mulvey

I am a strategic planner and team lead for large brands and agencies, specializing in customer experience (CX), brand planning & architecture, user research, product & pricing strategy, content strategy, web design, and digital marketing.

I focus on improving the interaction between software, design, and human behavior.

I've given presentations about video games to strategy executives in NYC. I've also given presentations about a career in strategy to video gamers in Boston.

You can see more of my experience on my LinkedIn profile.

My Company

I started my company Code & Strategy Group to provide data-driven CX strategy & digital transformation planning for forward-thinking brands. I also use it to work on my own brand, product, & software development.

My most recent product launch is Wavtubes——wireless earphones for people who don't like the idea of having high frequency radio receivers pressed against the brain for hours. I use them every day. Consider buying a set!

I am also actively involved in the bitcoin community, and create original presentation materials explaining bitcoin concepts, importance, & implications. My piece "Bitcoin & Music: A Symphony of Code" was published in Volume 13 of Citadel21 magazine.

My Writing

Right now I'm contributing to the Code & Strategy blog, which is all about thinking & deciding in a world where software exists. You should subscribe!

I used to write a finance newsletter called Surf Report to provide perspective at the intersection of economics, investing, and business. You should subscribe to this too, I'm going to bring it back.

I also wrote a 57-page handbook on personal privacy & security called Digital Shieldcraft, you should give it a read!
